By accessing and using the services provided by Eros Med, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Eros Med provides genital aesthetic procedures and associated services including patient transfer, travel organization, personal registration, photography, accommodation, and treatment. All services are subject to availability.
2. Eligibility Patients must be at least 18 years old to use Eros Med's services. Some procedures may have additional eligibility criteria which will be discussed during consultation.
3. Consultation An initial consultation with an Eros Med physician, either in-person or via telemedicine, is required before undergoing any procedure. The physician will assess your eligibility and provide detailed information about the recommended treatment plan, expected results, recovery, potential risks and complications.
4. Payment Full payment for services is required prior to treatment. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer and financing plans offered through Eros Med's partnering institutions, subject to credit approval. All payments are non-refundable.
5. Medical Tourism For patients traveling to Turkey for treatment, Eros Med will arrange airport transfer, hotel accommodations, and transportation to and from our surgical center in Istanbul. Patients are responsible for securing necessary travel documents such as passports and visas. Eros Med is not liable for any issues related to international travel.
6. Photography Clinical photographs will be taken before, during, and after your procedure for documentation purposes. By agreeing to undergo treatment, you consent to being photographed. Eros Med will keep your photos confidential in accordance with privacy laws.
7. Results Although Eros Med strives to achieve optimal aesthetic results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Final appearance may vary based on individual anatomy and healing. Additional treatment may be recommended which would incur extra costs.
8. Risks All surgical procedures carry inherent risks including bleeding, infection, scarring, asymmetry, tissue damage and anesthesia complications. Eros Med physicians will discuss specific risks during consultation. Patients must disclose all medical conditions and medications to minimize risk. Eros Med is not liable for complications resulting from a patient's failure to provide complete and accurate health information.
9. Recovery Patients must follow all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by Eros Med to ensure proper healing and reduce the risk of complications. This includes refraining from strenuous activity and sexual intercourse for the specified recovery period. Eros Med is not responsible for complications resulting from a patient's failure to comply with instructions.
10. Privacy Eros Med is committed to protecting patient privacy and will keep all personal information and photographs confidential in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Data will only be shared with relevant medical professionals and support staff as needed for treatment purposes.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul.
